Unique Physique Clothing stands behind everything that we sell. If you are not satisfied with your order then you can return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt. Any returns after this period of time may be rejected, however, if you contact us and let us know then we can potentially come to an arrangement. Unique Physique Clothing’s return policy does NOT cover:
- ordinary wear and tear
- damage caused by improper use
- washed items
- underwear or socks due to sanitation issues
- items which are found to have a smell (deodorant, aftershave, body odour etc)
You have the right to cancel any order from us, provided your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please email us at email@example.com stating your order number and reason for cancellation. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy. Unique Physique Clothing also has the right to hold and not dispatch your order. If there has been an error within the cart that leads to an incorrect cost we will change your order or refund you.
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days from the moment you place your order with Unique Physique Clothing ltd. You will receive a confirmation email with your order and tracking information if applicable. All orders get despatched via Royal Mail.
Orders within the UK should be expected within 1 – 3 working days via Standard shipping.
Flate Rate Shipping is £3.99.
Orders internationally will be shipped within 1-3 working days.
Flat Rate International Shipping £9.99.
Return or exchange
If you return or exchange your product by mail then we recommend that you record the delivery to avoid any issues with your order reaching us. Refunds are issued against the form of payment you originally used to purchase your items. You must also send your proof of purchase when sending the item back to us. Any items which are discontinued and no longer sold on the website cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
If the items do not meet conditions of our return policy, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
